Trackable Links Analytics
Welcome to the Analytics Tab!
This guide will walk you through the various features and functionalities available within the Analytics section of your dashboard.
Packages:
The Analytics Dashboard is available with the Oyster Package, Pearl Package, and Pearl Plus subscriptions.
The Shell Package will only display dummy data.
1. Click Graph
Description: This graph displays the number of clicks your purls have received over the past seven days. This timeline can be adjusted via the date filter.
Usage: Use this graph to monitor daily performance trends and identify peak activity periods.
2. Doughnut Charts
Performance Chart: Shows the overall performance metrics of your purls created vs unique clicks.
Browsers Chart: Displays the distribution of clicks by different web browsers.
Device OS Chart: Shows the distribution of clicks by different operating systems.
Filter Options: These charts can be filtered by:
Trackable links name
Tags
Short domain
Date range
Refresh Button: Use this button to refresh the page or reset filters to their default state.

Filters and Data Fetching
Filter Options: You can filter data by trackable link name, tags, short domain, and date range.
Effect on Data: All charts and tables except the Performance Progress table will update based on the selected filters.
Refresh Button: Use this button to refresh the page or reset all filters to their default state.
3. Performance by Campaign Table
Description: This table lists your most recent trackable links and provides detailed performance metrics.
Columns:
Name: The name of the trackable link.
Purls: The number of purls generated for the trackable link.
Clicks: The number of clicks received.
Top Links: An eye icon button that, when clicked, expands to show the top-performing links of the trackable link.
Actions:
Download Report: Download reports for all clicks or clicks within a specified date range.
Unclicked Purls: Download a report of purls that have not received any clicks.
4. Performance Progress Table
Description: This table allows you to compare up to three trackable links side-by-side.
Features: Compare clicks and purls metrics for each selected trackable link.
5. Clicks Bar Chart
Description: This bar chart shows the number of clicks over the past seven days.
Default Date Range: By default, the date range is set to the last seven days.
Filter Impact: The bar chart's data is affected by the selected date range filter.
